As you know I´m the best with the "jamon Serrano" but now, i need your help.
this is my new lobo. What can i do?? cutting ofcourse, but can i begin by the flesh side or by the other side??
Tomorrow will be the day and i ned to kown how can i put this lobo in shape.

la traduccion es que que narices puedo hacer con el animalito de la foto, como lo puedo cortar, si empiezo por el lado de carne, o por el otro. En fin que necesito una ayudita, para encaminar un poco la parte de quirofano.
